I ordered a steak bearnaise with salad and fries. It's the house special.The steak was ok and the sauce good, the French fries were plentiful with lots of paprika and good too. But I was disappointed by the salad which merely consisted of 2 small cherry tomatoes cut in half. When I asked the bill, the waitress handed me the payment device with the instructions written in Swedish. As I did not understand what I had to do, the waitress said that I had to write the amount with tip. As I am just visiting the city for the first time, I enquired what is % is expected. She answered 10%. So, although the sevice was average -when served-the waitress just put the dish on my table not even looking at me, I added 10%. Back at my hotel, I Googled the tip tradition in Sweden and the search returned that it was really optional and, if we wanted, then it is in the range of 5 to 10 percent. Overall the restaurant seemed nice. We were seated right away as it was 7:39 PM and it was not busy. We ordered Hering fried and Meatballs. The food was unfortunately looking tasty but not good at all. We had way better food than that in Stockholm. All was well and waiters were nice but suddenly after we finished food and we were still drinking our drinks, the waitress came and throw us a receipt on the table. She cashed out all tables around us and from us as well. Very unusual as they were open for 4 more hours and we wanted to have more drinks. Restaurant was also empty and we had a table anyway. We ate our food within 30 minutes and then were asked to pay for some reason. Besides that part and the food being not tasty the drinks were nice. Went there with my colleagues and got disappointed in everything. Catching a waitress was a quest, they were pointlessly running around and ignoring any signals for 10 minutes each time we tried to ask for something.

I ordered myself medium steak and got it completely well done, after asking to redo it they said to wait for 5 minutes, and waitress forgot about me for 15 minutes. And then I got medium wellish steak, but at least something, although the fries were absolutely dry... The whiskey sour I ordered was beautiful, but was awfully unbalanced - it was watery, too sour and absolutely flat, felt like they just mixed 1 to 1 ratio of lemon juice(or they forgot to dillute the concentrated one) and some cheapest whiskey they could find, and probably missed simple syrup.
