Rosendals Wärdshus — Restaurant in Stockholm

If I was there, for a casual birthday party or dining, I would have given this place 4 stars, but as I was there for a wedding, I will give 3 and here is why: very kind staff, absolutely beautiful place close to nature, amazing location, but having a wedding needs another level of service. For example, the table design was really good, but some of those white decorative curtains in the photo were not fully clean. When bride and groom entered, the speaker that played music was buggy and interrupted more than 4 times, I mean common, it’s probably their one-time wedding and when they want to enter and give their vows, they want it to be perfect and a good speaker is not that hard to get. There was a screen there that was buggy too, when people used it for their speeches. Coffee machine was broken, and I waited for too long for a regular coffee which tasted burned. and when food was being served it was the case once that 4 of us gotten food and they forgot about the other two. I think that this is more like managing problem rather than staff since they can be trained to do it in more organised manner, to ensure all goes well. Anyway, I still think the place is such a nice clean and cosy place, but it has a great potential to become way better and maybe for weddings can be better prepared...

I held my 30th birthday party here but I'd recommend you to look elsewhere. The serving staff and the kitchen were professional but the event planner was atrosious. Multiple promises were not held and the finishing touches of the venue were not there.

Just to mention one example to try and describe the level of service, we had to ask for toilet paper as it wasn't present. There were numerous other failing instances like the heating of half of our booked area, a promise of a fireplace mentioned months earlier that they were unable to provide since it hadn't been properly controlled by a chimeny sweep (which is odd since it was requested months earlier).

Afterward we were requested to pay for more than we had agreed upon and when we asked for a compensation we were met with ignorance.

Jag kan varmt rekommendera Rosendals Wärdshus för den som planerar ett bröllop eller en annan speciell ceremoni. Det är en plats som verkligen skapar oförglömliga minnen. Vi hade äran att få hålla vår ceremoni här, och det var ett fantastiskt val. Den perfekta miljön, med den vackra, gröna omgivningen och den charmiga atmosfären, gjorde att allt kändes magiskt.

Rosendals Wärdshus ligger idylliskt placerat i den natursköna miljön vid Kungliga Djurgården i Stockholm. Den gröna oasen ger en känsla av lugn och harmoni, och det är svårt att inte bli imponerad av den vackra omgivningen. Lokalen är mysig och charmig, med en rustik men ändå elegant atmosfär som passar perfekt för ett bröllop eller en minnesvärd ceremoni. Det gröna utomhusområdet är också fantastiskt, perfekt för fotograferingar och utomhusfirande.

Personalen på Rosendals Wärdshus är mycket professionell, vänlig och hjälpsam. De såg till att allt flöt på smidigt och att vi kände oss trygga och omhändertagna under hela dagen. Maten var utsökt, med ett brett utbud av lokala och säsongsbetonade rätter som smakade fantastiskt. Det var tydligt att stor omsorg lagts på att skapa en meny som passar just detta tillfälle.

Sammanfattningsvis kan jag säga att Rosendals Wärdshus är en perfekt plats för att skapa minnen för livet, oavsett om det gäller ett bröllop eller annan fest. Den vackra miljön, den professionella personalen och den goda maten gör detta till en plats jag varmt kan rekommendera. Det är en plats som verkligen förgyller de allra viktigaste...
