Soth's Kitchen — Restaurant in Stockholm

Normally my wife and I do not eat at the hotel restaurant, but because of our travel schedule, we had little choice... I explain this, so you know where our expectations were at walking into Bjork. It was Sunday mid afternoon of the Midsummer long weekend and the restaurant proper was closed, they only had the Bar's menu, so we each had the Burger... I cannot overstate how surprised we were! This was possibly one of the best burgers we've ever had! Excellent patty, perfectly cooked with a nice balance of veggies, a nice thick cut of provolone cheese, and just the right amount of caramelized onions and chimichurri mayonnaise... Truly excellent. So, if you happen to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel don't miss out on sitting on their patio and enjoying a burger and a drink, you will not regret it! Nicely...

We are very disappointed! Booked a table for my boyfriends birthday dinner because of looking forward something special. As we arrived the waitress wanted to place us inside (25 degrees evening although..) and reacted very annoyed as we wanted to sit outside but made it in the end. Unfortunately there was no tableware and they did not covered our table properly. After 25 minutes (the restaurant was not full at all) they asked us what we want to drink. We ordered 2 starters and 2 main courses. Asking for dark bread (they brought us thin-hard bread and 2 rolls) for our antipasti-plate had been ignored from the waiter. All in all we can say that the food was ok, but nothing special and for that very pricey. The service was awful, due to we felt like we are not very welcome at all. We cannot recommend...

Lunch here at the Marriott hotel "Björk Bar and Grill" is medium priced but great value for money. For just over 200sek there is a full 3 course self service buffet freshly cooked by the chefs, usually a choice of meat or fish for the main course. Alternatively there is a fairly extensive a-la-carte menu available, including salads, traditional Swedish dishes, vegetarian options, soup, starters and dessert or cheese board to finish. Tea and coffee is included. The bar itself attracts local business custom after work, and is popular with hotel residents. Professional bar staff serving beer on tap or from bottle, wine, bubbly, cocktails and aperitifs, however grab your comfy seats early as the place can fill up...
