MAX — Restaurant in Uppsala kommun

I love Max's cuisine and service. Today I had the worst customer service experience, which doesn't match Max. It was in Uppsala Max at Stora Torget. One Max employee (male)  who has glasses, with brown skin tone and speaks bengali(since I know this language), don't know his name. Before me, he was yelling at an Uber driver (food delivery person) and refusing to give him food because he wasn't wearing a company T-shirt, though that guy had Ubar branded food carrier bag & showing the app as well. Later I went to the counter and told Max employee to be nice because other customers are also affected with his bad manner. "I know what to do," he replied with anger. I didn’t have high expectations for the food or service, but I did expect honesty and fair treatment from the staff. There's a screen that shows orders being prepared in grey on one side and those ready for pickup in green on the other. After waiting about 15 minutes for two burgers, I asked a staff member (who knows who he is) about my order, as it was still listed under "being prepared," even though there were two trays sitting on the shelf. It turned out, those trays were mine, sitting there for 10 minutes without the screen being updated. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with added Emmental cheese, a large cheese fries and a large soft drink. Got only the bag. Had to ask for the cup separately. Got to the hotel. Noticed there was only 1 cheeseburger in the bag. Paid €3 + €1 (for the added cheese) (€4) for a product they cut me out on. Environment was terrible.

If you want to go have food in an environment where cocky kids who threaten you if you can’t move out the way in literally a second (since there’s already a person walking behind me) then head over to this place. This would be swell for you.
