2nd Visit @ 2021-04-22 ⭐️ I have to change the rating from four stars to one star because of the LOW hygiene standard. Under the current pandemic situation, the old lady staff used her BARE HANDS to put the cupcake into the paper bag! THIS IS SUPER DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE. I regretted a lot that I didn’t stop her. Also, unlike other café, there is no hand sanitiser provided, and they don’t put any cover on the pastries located at the top of the fridge. I’d prefer going to other café having better hygiene standard.

A quaint and old school Café right in the middle of Uppsala, certainly a breath of fresh air compared to the large companies that are everywhere in every large town and city the nation over!

Plenty of drink options but their cake options always punch their weight by looking and tasting delicious. I've not been enough to try every single cake but it's a personal goal of mine to do so.

Super cozy cafe, warm and inviting. Easily spent hours here having fika with friends. Their prices are reasonable too, relatively cheaper than a lot of cafes in town. Try their Storken special, a chocolate cake slice with vanilla and caramel filling, served with options of whipped cream, ice cream, or vanilla sauce, for only 45kr! Sadly I didn't take picture of it because it was already moved to my belly when I realized I probably should take picture for my Google review... that's how delicious...
