Tjuren — Restaurant in Uppsala kommun

I haven’t actually eaten at Tjuren, so I can’t comment on the food, but my experience with their booking and cancellation policy left a bad taste. When I tried to cancel a reservation, the site warned of a 100 SEK charge per person for cancellations, which was frustrating, especially when plans can change unexpectedly.

So, I called to confirm, only to learn that this fee wasn’t real; it was just a tactic to ensure people informed them about cancellations instead of just not showing up. I wouldn’t express more about my feelings of dinning experience at this restaurant, from the service of the table( which I value the most) to the quality of the food (of course it’s essential). They are working toward perfection without limits. I enjoyed the conversation with their stuff and their choice of the wines together with the meat, to somehow reach a point of what that felt like a philosophy, they serve with the bottom of hearts with enjoyment and they would like to deliver to customers with the same experience as they do. It is important to know that It was my first time there, so other comments might be more valuable, but anyway. I experienced the waiter to be very interested in us and aware of what he was serving. He most certainly had knowledge about the menu - I respect a man who does his homework.

The food tasted great - I chose the hog secret and was able to choose my preferred food accessories, and they had a variety of alcoholic beverages.

The enviroment was pleasant and lagom ( as they say, hehe) music level 👌

Oh and the pecan nut pie my goodness it was so delightful
