I’ve ordered from a super nice barista and had a great experience. But had to wait around for a couple hours for my train so I thought I would stay in and work. Unfortunately after the staff swapped an angry barista started accusing me that I didn’t buy anything and need to leave or buy something. Even tho I was sitting there when she came to work, with a coffee… it wouldn’t be a problem if she nicely asked me to buy something since it has been a while, but rather she chose to be argumentative accusing me and ushering me out. I will avoid this branch… it’s a shame because the people before...

Another customer got her drinks before me even though I ordered first, and she even had more than one drink, so I had to wait longer. Not fair and not nice. It should be first come, first served. The coffee with caramel was delicious, though...

I usually buy Cream cheese bagel for breakfast and it used to be very delicious, but today it was really awful, the bread was soooooo old that it became crackers with basically no cheese and old...
