De quoi prendre café, thé, bière ou soda et du snacking où des pâtisseries. Prix correct et personnel agréable. La propreté est acceptable mais pourrait être améliorée.

Waited in queue for 15+ minutes, one employee was serving two customers since before we arrived. She didn't even try to hurry even though the queue was quite long. Employees that don't care about their customers are the easiest way to lose customers.

Vanligtvis är jag supernöjd. Beställer alltid en latte. Men den senaste tiden har en ny äldre dam börjat jobba. Jag förstår att det nog är ett tufft jobb men jag anser att hon inte passar för det. Jag har träffat på henne två gånger och andra gången tänkte jag ”åh nej”. Hon jobbar extremt långsamt och sabbade min beställning två gånger. Senast var hon också långsam men min beställning blev rätt. Beställde två latte och ena var halvfull men betalade ändå full pris för båda. Dessutom smakar de inte alls lika gott som när de yngre tjejerna eller killarna gör. Mycket besviken. Kommer inte köpa kaffe på espressohouse om hon...

The espresso I had there was really bad. It almost tasted sour. I think a place called espesso house should do better than that. Can not at all recommend it, at least not if you want to have good...
