But after 3 times I have been to this restaurant, I'm amazed that no other review mentions this: The food is SALTY. It's always more salty than average. Some times it's ok, like the Wallenbergare, but other times it's borderline not eatable , like in the tomato soup. Trust me, I usually love salt, I add it in my food more than the average person. I order a beef tartar, and I am really sorry to say that it was a complete disaster. I hope that chief will reconsider the current approach and will change the recipe, as this is definitely the way how it should NOT be done: pre-mixing ingredients into a tasteless funny looking something (this is wrong on so many levels), hidden under a layer of salad (seriously?).
