The product was decent but the rooster was way to salt! Which per say totally destroyed the experience and food journey and night. The restaurant don’t understand the experience starts from minute 1 until we leave. If they would pay attention and come and ask us how the food was they would revive this information earlier in our restaurant journey. We tried but without leaving our chairs it was more or less impossible.
Everything expect when the chef put their magic on the food tasted good. But hey don’t I go to a restaurant and pay extra for an experience and to reduce a delicious food experience from professional chefs? Maybe I’m from maybe I’m picky?
But to be fair he resurgent offered coffee which is nice gesture but too small potion to make a difference of this experience. It’s to low value to really show you take this feedback seriously. I guess this is restricted by the resurgent owner what to give and not to give. But hey guys please offer something that is worth more than the bus cost home.
And some last words to finalize my essay. I would expect much more from a Swedish restaurant. But hey they wine was great but I assume that’s a product which I previously mention was good. But salt is tricky.. if you spill too much on the food it becomes...

Meal came with an amuse bouche of homemade chips. I had steak tatare to start. No ordinary tartar, this was delicious packed with fresh ingredients. I had the carbonara which was very good. Not in the Roman style, but lovely creamy sauce.

Vi var två par som gästade restaurangen och innan förrätten serverades fick vi varsin liten tomatsoppa som var otroligt smakrik och god. Det hade varit gott med ett mindre vitt bröd till denna.
Till förrätt delade vi på två förrättspizzor med mozarella, getost, honung, creme fraiche, pinjenötter och ruccola. Pizzorna hade en tunn botten med frasiga kanter. Även om kanten var väldigt god var den lite för stor eftersom höjdpunkten var fyllningen.
Till varmrätt beställde vi 2 Risotto Primavera, Tratolle el Pesto och Linguine ai Frutti di Mare. Jag åt Risotto och tyckte att riset, morötterna, sparrisen, salladen, rädisorna och parmesanen gifte sig bra tillsammans. Tratolle el Pesto var god men inget speciellt, ganska medioker. Jag smakade inte själv på Linguine ai Frutti di Mare men rödräken var tydligen magisk god.
Till maten delade vi på en flaska Sauvignon Friuli Grave som var fruktig och passade samtliga rätter under middagen.
