Mira — Restaurant in Baden

Warning!!! The personnel and waiters are absolutely DISHONEST and CHEATY. We ordered the 'platter' for 3 x guests and they brought the food accordingly. Finally when asking for the bill they charged 2x shrimps-tapas as extra, we asked about it and they said "yes, we brought them, but you could say no, then I would not charge them", however, we never ordered any extra and they never asked nor let us know in advance. We obviously thought all those portions were simply included in the platter for 3x we ordered. Really DISGUSTING and SHAMEFUL experience in this place. Das Essen war wirklich sehr fein. Die blonde Dame welche uns bedient hatte war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Leider wies sich der Chef, und der andere welcher bedient hatte, als sehr unfreundlich aus. Der Kellner hatte nicht einmal lächeln können und erwartete dann noch Trinkgeld was ich sowieso schon mega hasse wenn man offensichtlich drauf wartet, dass man Trinkgeld bekommt. Der Chef war als wir das Restaurant betraten schon sehr unfreundlich, aufmüpfig und sehr frech.

Zudem sollte meiner Meinung nach nicht wahllos bedient werden sondern jeder soll seinen Tisch haben. Eigenltich lernt man das so als Restaurationsfachfrau. Den der unfreundliche Herr hatte das stille Wasser meiner Schwester in mein Rivella...
