What a perfect way to refuel after a long day of traveling down from the Alps! Stumbled across this Italian seafood shop in the Markthalle, and my interest was immediately piqued by what looked to be a smorgasbord of fresh fish on offer - from wild-caught turbot, to river salmon and bass, to ocean cod. I had absolutely no idea what to get, but Lorenzo saw me sniffing around and gave a masterful introduction, resulting in a selection of three perfectly grilled fish fillets on a bed of seasonal vegetables and porcini mushroom risotto.
