Restaurant Boo Klybeck

I have just came back from Boo having the worst dining experience. We liked coming here before and have been several times. This time my mom came and we took here out for dinner. First few bites, I found a piece of hair in my dish on which I haven 't complained ( i was thinking, ah it s just a piece of hair, i am not going to make a big deal out of it). 2 bites more and i taste something in my mouth, I struggled to get it out, only to find a piece of iron hair from the cleaning brush. Luckily I haven't swallowed it. I told them about it, and they brought me a new dish, but at this point our dinner was ruined. We only ate a small portion of our meals and decided to leave as I couldn't t eat anymore. The most disappointing thing is that they just got me my meal and a drink for free, the rest I had to pay even though we basically didn't touch our food. I have never written a negative review before, but this kind of customer service people should know about. I will never go there again, and the sad part is that we really liked the place.
