I’ve definitely found my go-to spot for coffee because it was the best espresso I’ve ever had. Every time I come back for another cup, I feel a pure sense of excitement just to sit and enjoy spending time there. As someone who loves quiet spaces, being surrounded by full tables initially felt a bit overwhelming. But once I sat down, I felt this warmth from the other customers—people who clearly felt safe enough here to just be themselves, whether talking, laughing, or reading. Even though we were told that breakfast platters are still available most things were gone by 12:00, a fact we were not aware of at the time we sat down and ordered. I think they shouldn't serve half of their leftovers in the name of a "breakfast platter". Yet, we were charged full price (chf 16) just for some bread and jam/honey. Am Tisch anscheinend keine Bestellung möglich... (3 M. von Tresen entfernt!!!), der halbe Liter bestelltes "Naturtrüb" war eine klare, undefinierbare Brühe...!!!!! der dunkle Rum auf den Mikro-Cl abgemessen okay. Der versuch per Handzeichen und/oder Augenkontakt zu einer weiteren Bestellung eines, bzw mehrerer weiteren Getränke konsequent ignoriert. Der Versuch bei einem der dann doch noch am Tisch vorbei laufenden Angestellten einen weiteren Rum zu bestellen scheiterte unfreundlich abgewiesen... Darauf hin die Anfrage an der Bar/Tresen auf die Bierwahl; ebenfalls schnoddrig arrogant, ohne einen Hauch von Ansatz den gemachten Fehler zu beheben, gar eine Entschuldigung zu erwarten wäre allzu dreist vermessen gewesen ... Fazit; fast 30 CHF für ein nicht konsumiertes, weil falsch serviertes Getränk/Bier und entgangene 40-60 CHF für inkompetentes unprofessionelles arrogantes Personal (BEIDE ANWESENDEN!!!)
