I try to keep it simple, but i won’t.
Imagine paying 200chf for bottle of Red and serve it mostly by yourself.
Imagine ordering dry age Angus that come with below average quality sides and sauces.
Imagine to get asked if your food is okay only after you finish.
Imagine you never get asked for refill of your nonalcoholic beverages.
I was serving in restaurants all over the world for a decade and i was feeling ashamed for the service and i don’t work there. Apart from explaining the system how things works the service was just nonexistent. Or let’s make it clearer it was not adjusted to the environment and price ratio. A guy at kebab do better job for 10chf döner even though he can’t speak the language.
Meat was good. This is also the reason for 2* not 1* Presentation on the plate was missing anything what will stimulate your senses (using same “decoration” for almost all dishes) creativity zero. Yes people come to restaurant to see nice food, smell nice food and taste nice food. It’s called gastronomy for a reason and restaurant to (rest from the rant “rest a rant” calm down and enjoy the time)
You basically get Škoda Octavia for the price of Mercedes.
There’s plenty of fish in the sea (customers) but also plenty of fishermen (restaurants) At one point there would be no more fish to catch cause the good fishermen...

From beginning to end this was an excellent restaurant. You can get the mixed starter appetizer but we opted out and got full portion of bruschetta and sashimi salmon. This quite possibly was the best salmon sashimi I’ve ever had…the sauce was sublime. The bruschetta was fresh tomato and enjoyed. We had a filet of beef and a bison steak. You can go to the “steak fridge” and pick your portion of grams of meat. The server didn’t ask us what temperature we prefer but both came Perfectly cooked, spiced and Amazingly good. Order the truffle mashed potatoes as a side, you won’t be disappointed! Beautiful ambiance, really good bottle of Spanish wine, excellent service personnel made out last night in Chur a lovely memory for us….grazie, danke, merci staff of Flavours...

I had researched restaurants the day before and based on the previous reviews made a reservation on-line for 5:30 PM on August 16. When we showed up, our reservation could not be found, but they said it was not a problem and we were seated. Wow, the food was out of this world!. We started with the Grilled Bushetta, which was excellent. Then we both picked a filet from the maturing cabinet. It was cooked to perfection! Honestly the best steak I have had in a long time. We accompanied the steak with the Cheese Spaetzli and the seasoned vegetables. I would highly recommend the Spaetzli. We were not going to have desert, but the staff had located our reservation and apologized for the confusion. They then insisted we have the Chocolate Bananas from the grill on the house. FABULOUS.
