The spot is perfect. The spot only. A Caesar salad, which I ordered without chicken but with garlic sauce, served with a yogurt sauce without garlic at CHF 21.50. A tasteless BBQ hamburger at CHF 23.50. A glass of dreary Ticino red wine at CHF 7.50 per dl and a small bottle of still water made in Italy at CHF 5. We were lucky to meet the kindest staff here!! Cinzia and her colleague were incredibly sweet to our one-year-old daughter and treated us with such kindness. Really tasty, I would give 6 stars if I could! We had a mixed plate with salami and bresaola and a kind of potatoes, and cheese as well. The main dishes were both fish dishes from the card, tuna for my friend and salmon for me, with grilled vegetables. So good! Also a big thank you to the service, very kind and professional!

Molto comodo, in pieno centro ed in area tranquilla! Il locale è piccolo ma carino. Tavoli sia all’interno che all’esterno. Il fatto di essere in una “galleria” storica è sia pittoresco che pratico: dovesse piovere, anche all’esterno non ci sono problemi! La specialità della casa sono gli hamburger, la cui carne è ottima! Sempre diaponibili anche due o tre piatti del giorno. Il personale è giovane e cortese, il servizio rapido ed il prezzo molto onesto!

Simple but nice place in the center of Lugano. The hamburger is good but it's a shame there is no choice of side dish other than the classic French fries. Fast and friendly service.

Molto comodo, in pieno centro ed in area tranquilla! Il locale è piccolo ma carino. Tavoli sia all’interno che all’esterno. Il fatto di essere in una “galleria” storica è sia pittoresco che pratico: dovesse piovere, anche all’esterno non ci sono problemi! La specialità della casa sono gli hamburger, la cui carne è ottima! Sempre diaponibili anche due o tre piatti del giorno. Il personale è giovane e cortese, il servizio rapido ed il prezzo molto onesto!
