Amazing tea room! I sometimes go to Crans Montana only to spend a nice afternoon by Taillens. This place has a great atmosphere, comfortable seats, a large choice of pastries, cakes, chocolates, biscuits and hot beverages. I have gone there since my childhood and I never had any bad experience. Since then, I have tried almost everything and everything was great. Okay so sometimes there is no need to paste pictures to comment on the quality of restaurant/boulangerie. This place on a cold 1 DegC day is perfect. It was full of people had a lively atmosphere, even has a small room where kids can play in peace. It has a perfect, hot chocolate of the house, pastries light and flaky. It had a decent menu with eggs, pizzas, muesli, and quiches. Service was with a smile. They had homemade chocolates. everything was perfect. Please do yourself a favour and come here!...

Very disappointing experience. We walked in excited to try some pastries, but the service was extremely unpleasant. The young woman addressed us in French and when we asked to switch to English her attitude was rude and dismissive - eyerolling and making annoyed faces. I've honestly never experienced anything like that.
