Le Senso — Restaurant in Crans-Montana

Underwhelming burgers for a place that does only burgers.

We recieved our burgers Lukewarm and we were almost the only ones in the restaurant. How?

Price is unreal for a burger, we took 3 burgers and a salad, I paid over 100 CHF. It's a burger... I also have to point out I had to pay 5 CHF for each portion of fries. At 26 CHF the burger, how hard is it to include the fries?

No kids buger/meal, so my kids could not eat it all and still paid full price. Why?

We got 2 regular burger and I got the expensive raclette burger. Regular burgers tasted ok at best, my burger's raclette cheese had hardened. What's the point? Oh and my wife got a chicken salad and I swear the chicken was a frozen reheated generic cutlet. Looked way too perfect and tasted boring.

I hate to be so negative, as this place really had potential (and is one of the only buger joints in the resort) but I felt cheated. I had a giant burger craving and was completely unerwhelmed, with a hefty bill to handle at the end.

On the plus side, they have an INSANE alcohol menu, so if you want to get wasted first, the burgers are probably going to...

Beyond basic burger - when you pay a premium for food, you expect to receive a premium meal - this was not that. On top of that you have to pay extra for fries and when they come, the portion is tiny!
