Food and Pizza are delicious and decent, but that's all!

It won't take anyone a minute to realize how unfriendly the staff is. It is the place where waiters and waitresses make sure that you know that they are making you a favor for accepting your reservation in the first place, and bestowing you with their food that comes in late. Never dare place an additional order or even drinks if you didn’t do so when they first took your order. If you call the waiter you’ll be given that stare that says: What now?! Dining around Crans Montana can expose you to different experiences that range from EXCELLENT to fair to bad. Yet this place wins them all in being worst in staff attitude. If you don’t mind being treated badly for the sake of good food, guess what? there are so many other places around with much better food and superior service. Don’t waste your time…

Right, completely awful hospitality by the waiters, we both are tourists and we went there for a nice meal and some time together, but the food was a complete and utter disgrace, how can you burn the pizza into the complete coal I wasn't able to eat it also the waiter had no idea of common english because I've asked for peperoni pizza around 5 times and still got a different one. The Restaurant is a real disgrace to the italian cuisine, tourists beware, I'd recommend to avoid this place...

I took the family here for dinner. Luckily we had a table downstairs out of the way which was ideal for children and quiet. Giuseppe provided great service and was amazing with the children particularly my son’s unique dietary requirements (dough balls!). What he didn’t know and we didn’t say anything about it, was that our son has ADHD and Autism, yet he still dealt with him VERY well. The pizzas were very good and the wine was excellent. I will return in January with groups....
