Wir hatten für heute (4.1.24) im Restaurant Chesa reserviert (vor 3 Tagen reserviert, heute nochmals die Zeit besprochen/korrigiert) und es wurde uns nicht/nie mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant Chesa nur für die Halbpensionsgäste (wir waren externe Gäste) vorgesehen war mit normalem HP-Menü, da im „normalen“ Restaurant eine „wichtige Gruppe“ sitzt/isst. Wir wurden deswegen ins „Stübli“ versetzt.

Im Stübli gab es anstatt der Gourmet-Karte die Bistro-Karte mit bescheidener Auswahl.

Was hingegen zu loben ist, ist das Essen (obwohl es eher einfach statt Gourmet war, war es gut) und der Service (eine Kellnerin musste alleine das ganze „Stübli“ mit etwa 6 oder 7 besetzen Tischen (teils bis zu 6er Tische) bedienen und hat das sehr gut gemeistert).

Am Ende, als wir die Rechnung bekommen haben war ein Tippfehler drauf (75 statt 7.5.- pro dl Wein), kann passieren, ist aber trotzdem erwähnenswert.

Insgesamt haben wir den Eindruck, dass es sich um ein Management-Problem und nicht um ein Küchenproblem handelt (uns hat die Kellnerin gesagt, sie habe erst heute Morgen erfahren, dass sie alleine das „Stübli“ bedienen muss wegen der besonderen Umstände).

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die 4-Sterne-Bewertung dem „Stübli“ und nicht dem Restaurant Chesa gilt und dass die Berwertung den im Grunde genommen inakzeptablen Umstand ausser Acht lässt, dass wir für Gourmet im Chesa reserviert und nur Bistro bekommen haben. Aber das „Stübli“ war sehr gut und ist empfehlenswert als Bistro, das Chesa hingegen können wir leider nicht beurteilen, da wir gar nicht in den Genuss dessen...
