Yes he explained me that the price is in the menu, this doesn't change absolutely the fact that 9.80 CHF for a liter of tap water is still too much, even if it is written in the menu. Additionally, this doesn't justify such owner's arrogance which is simply unacceptable: actually is the first time that someone, who should be seen as a professional of customer service, has been that arrogant with me. The restaurant is in an old house/small building (very unusual for Davos with it's modern buildings) which was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and, yes, a bit dated but in a charming way. Admittedly, the restaurant was less than half full, but the food was very good and the service was excellent. My server was Jens, who I believe is also the owner; he greeted me at the door, seated me immediately, and answered all of my questions about the fondue and the wine list... all while also providing the 4 or 5 other tables with top service.
