As it happened:
Ordered for delivery from Baden to Brugg. The person from the restaurant came and called me. The person wouldn't give his exact location and casually mentioned that he was standing next to a 'Kebab' shop (there are more than a couple around the area), and that I should come. I asked him to look at the name of the shop, he said there is no name. In this confusion, I ran from one side of the street to the other, and got late in finally finding him. Once I did, I pointed him to the name of the shop, and in return - practically got shouted upon and blamed for his being 'more than an hour' late, and had to put up with his aggressive (and childish) theatrics.
Went home, opened the two vegetarian dishes (a paneer dish and a vegetable biryani) - and found pieces of chicken in the vegetable biryani. Spent the next 10 minutes searching the rice for more pieces of chicken. Now we know where does the portion of 'vegetable' biryani comes from - so much for an Indian restaurant, duh...
The food was okay though (hence the one star). But never going back. One can find friendlier and more...
It is not the first time I order food from the restaurant , it is unbelievable how the lack of professionality concerning the delivery time. I order 2 dishes from the them and live about 12 minutes from the restaurant. Nearly 2 hours the food is not yet delivered. I called there and somebody told me that the driver is on the way ?it will take 5 minutes but 30 minutes after the food is still not here.
