Baba Tandoori in Geneva is nothing short of a paradise for Indians away from home. From the very first step inside, you’re welcomed with warmth that feels just like family. The staff here is simply the best – special mention to Jaspal Sir and Rohit Bhai, who are true gems. Their hospitality, kindness, and personal touch make every visit memorable.
The food is divine – the Dal Makhani is perfection: creamy, rich, and comforting in every bite. Pair it with their hot, soulful Desi Chai, and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported straight back to India. Every dish is authentic, flavorful, and made with love – exactly what one craves when far from home.
If you’re in Geneva and want the taste of real India with unmatched hospitality, Baba Tandoori is the place to be. Truly a heaven for Indians and a gem for anyone who appreciates great food served with heart

Read moreI am from the indian subcontinent and know Indian cuisine well enough to comment.
My friend and i were at dinner last night (27 nov). Rohith the only waiter in attendance was good and did his best.
The order arrived quickly. It was hardly warm and except for the chopped onions that were fresh, the chicken and rice buriyani appeared to have been hurriedly taken out of the fridge and microwaved. 😭. At least if it was adequately reheated disappointment would have been less.
Despite specific request to make chicken extra spicy it didnt taste spicy. Of course since it wasnt freshly made it couldnt be spiced. Rohit offered a bit of chillie sauce.
We were at the restaurant for 3 hrs chatting and only 2 other couples were at dinner, ie a total of 6 guests. There were a few who came to get take-away.
Hope mgmt takes notice of my comment and improves the quality of food...
Read moreThis place was the happy ending to my sad story of Indian food in Geneva. As someone who's been to India and had authentic Indian food for years, I was very disappointed with the choices in Geneva, which are typically over priced and far, far from authentic, or simply from being good! I recently came across this restaurant which helped me restore faith in this city, the place is very well run, great food, the samosa chaat and the kebaab were delicious and very well presented. Great service and a lovely atmosphere, also the location is excellent....
