Came here in winter for early dinner (around 18:00) as very few other options this early but had walked past here many times so was open to trying it.
Place was empty (given the time) and the one staff member was friendly and explained how it worked. Burgers were OK but by the time you add on extras (including fries & drink) it can get quite expensive for what it is.. basically a nicer burger joint.

I’d say not much variety in the choice of burgers (that’s if you don’t feel like composing your burger yourself and want to leave it to the expertise of the makers) but the service is there and the decor is not bad compared to many other places.
