It was a great experience. First time eating there today and everyone really enjoyed it. I had the beef burger with cheese and bacon and it came with fries and a salad as a nice surprise. Then someone else ordered the chicken which was a nice surprise when it came whole. However the chicken burger felt a bit stodgy as if it wasn’t fresh so I wouldn’t recommend going for that. We also had the meatballs which were equally as nice. Great service even though it took a while to get the menu. Just remember that hot food for lunch stops at 14:30 and starts again at 19:00 and you have to have a reservation just make sure you don’t leave it too late to have a hot lunch meal. For desert we had gelato which was great and I had a lovely cheesecake. Overall a great experience. And I would go again.

It’s such a nicely decorated place , you just want to stay there ! However, per 3 pizzas we took, each was bland, even one meant to be ‘spicy’ (id suggest using nduja). We were quite surprised. Whilst the food was ok (not great for the prices) the service wasn't up to scrstch at all. The waiter only asked 3 out of 4 of us what we wanted to drink. Then got one of the drinks wrong. We then had to wait a long time to order our food. Eventually having to get someone’s ateention to take our order. The food came quickly, but the level of atrentiveness from the waiter was very poor. Never once did they come to check whether the food was ok, or that we would like more drinks. Even when wed finished we waited for someone to come clear the plates. we were going to order desert but eventually just got up and paid st the bar. In summary. Food ok,...

The food is always fantastic especially the artichoke antipasti and pizzas are just wow! I really love this place I’ve been there a couple for times but our last visit was everything but what I had experienced before in terms of service ! It was very messy and slow service. It took 20 min for a beer a water to arrive. The waiter seemed ovewhelemed and kept telling us that he would be back to take our order. But what bothered me the most is that certain service staff were on their phones after we asked them for something …really irritating !
