Domino's — Restaurant in Geneva

I order pizza for delivery almost every week so I know what I get...today, i ordered my usual (XL margherita with extra mozzerella) and they delievered a day old like stale pizza (cheese and bread so dry just like how it looks the day after!) without extra cheese....i am convinced that this is not only NOT fresh made pizza out of the oven but probably even a day old....and i cant even call them to complain because the answering system stops halfway never connecting me to anyone. Everything has been really good until today, but this is one mistake? Or is it a mistake? they shouldnt have made....really disappointed. Kids ate it anyway cuz they were hungry but no more ordering at Dominos...

It deserves zero stars. I ordered a pizza online. The online system accepted my order. Delivery guy called to tell me he would be at the door in 10. I waited 20 and went back to my office, waiting for him to call me. He never did. When I called the manager, the manager told me that they do not deliver to my address. Pizza is great, but service appalling! Officially the worst Domino's in Switzerland, by their very own metrics. At time of order, I was told it would be ready in 45 min. Arrived 50 minutes later and still had to wait 1.5 hour for my pizza. Even had to wait 20 minutes after the tracker said it was ready for pickup. If I ever were to go back here, it would have to be well outside peak hours, and absolutely not when...
