Kony Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Geneva

DO NO RECCCOMENDDD! I asked for bubble tea. I asked if I could have a milk tea with black tea and tapioca pearls. They end up giving me a "milk tea" which ONLY has milk and sugar. There were probably like only 2 drops of tea. The tapioca pearls were so hard and looked SOOO old and gross. I found 4 tapioca pearls clumped together. Another thing is that the tapioca pearls didn't have flavour. SRSLY DID U HAVE TO MESS UP THE TAPIOCA PEARLS TOO??? The WORST "bubble tea" I HAVE EVER TASTED. I RECOMMEND TO NEVER GO THERE. Also I saw that when they make the bubble tea they use a hand blender which is very unprofessional. I HATE THE SHOP AND STAFF. Also they do NOT have sizes to pick from. I hope Kony takes notes from Lemoncha who have MUUUUUUUUCHHHH better tasting and professionally made bubblee tea. I mean come on even the bubble tea I make at home tasted 1 million times better than the one at Kony's and I have only made Bubble...

Really disappointed, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Ordered a bubble tea, paid the full price and upon receiving it, I asked why there were no bubbles inside. The guy answered that they ran out of bubbles. When I asked why they sell it without telling me or with a discount, he said no that’s not possible.
