Worst service i've had in a long time. The manager on site was highly unprofessional.

At the time of payment, after buying 100CHF's worth of sushi, we moved from the payment terminal (located on the other side of the sushis so you have to lean over in order to pay) to the counter on the left side in order to sign our bill (as there is no space in order to sign and leaning over the sushi was painful for my mother who has a rib injury).

This prompted an aggressive response from the manager telling us 'if the payement terminal is there its for a reason!' to which we politely responded that we did not have space to sign the bill on a ledge of 1cm bent over sushis and that we had just moved one meter to the left and that we did not appreciate the way she was reacting to the situation and that she was being impolite, to which she responded with a 'yea well if you are not happy with it take your sushi and leave' and practically threw the receipt at us. We then asked to speak to a manager to which she responded 'I am the manager here so good luck'.

I find it truly shocking that someone with this type of attitude and temperament works in the service industry and especially as a manager (and especially that we were infromed that it was not the first time such an issue happened with this manager)

We are earing every now and then here lunch. This are this cafeteria style restaurant is conveniently located in the center of town and allows to go there quickly to eat lunch. They have recently redone there kitchens and displays during the covid closing period and it gives a fresh and modern impression.

Food wise there was not too much to our taste and we ordered a pizza margarita. We pay and have to collect the pizza once a buzzer sets off. Unfortunately we were not very impressed with this pizza. It lack ed sufficient tomato base and it was not spiced. All rather bland and also the base was not great. We will not...

They have so much well presented food on offer and even make fresh pizzas, Pad Thai, crepes etc. The prices are amazing for Geneva.

I'm gluten and dairy intolerant, and there wasn't much available that's suitable for me unfortunately (salads and fruit juices mainly). However the staff were really kind and cooked me a fresh portion of salmon, vegetables and potatoes without any of the creamy sauce that normally goes in it, so I got to have a substantial meal for dinner.
