It must be stated that the manager of this place is a rude, arrogant, unmannered, misogynistic person. He yelled at my friends and I for canceling an order that wasn’t ready after more than 30 mins. The guy comes and throws the cancelled order at my friend saying “you order you pay”. No apologies, no commercial gestures, only a horrible treatment. We are aware that these things can happen, and an apology would have suffice. However, if he was a decent manager he would make sure that the cook wasn’t under pressure and ensure to hire more staff to get the orders on time. By the time of paying the bill, we tell him we’re ready to pay the bill but we’re not paying for the order that came in late and he started making a huge scene, yelling that because of “these type of people” they don’t take groups. These type of people was a group of respectful and kind women. He threatened to call the police, we were okay with it because what would he tell the police “hi, officer a group of women are refusing to pay for a dish they didn’t get. Please come because I’m scared”!? 🤣🤣 but then he chickened out and didn’t call. He was then telling us to go an pay outside because there are clients waiting to come inside, uhm hello sir we’re also clients. So we stayed and took our sweet time to pay. He then pushed on of us out the door.

Luckily, the group of clients waiting outside left and didn’t come inside!

Horrible horrible person! And on top of everything the guy has the guts to respond to all bad comments with so much arrogance. Looking forward to see how he would respond to this haha.

I must say that the waitresses were lovely, they treated us nicely and tried their best to give us a good experience. Ladies, I wish you all the best and hope you find a new manager or a much better place to...

We visited White Rabbit Café on a rainy Sunday, drawn in by the great reviews we saw online. While there were some positives, the experience ultimately left us disappointed.

Pros: The online booking system was smooth, and it was nice to have a reserved table waiting for us. The use of a QR code for both the menu and payment was modern and convenient. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated that the café was smoke-free, allowing us to enjoy fresh air without any interference. Love the ambiance of the place - giving you an Alice in wonderland vibe 😊

Visually, the food was well presented, but unfortunately, the taste didn't match. We ordered a herb omelette and an avocado salmon toast, and while the ingredients were fresh, the dishes lacked flavor. We had to add quite a bit of salt and pepper to make them more palatable. We also tried a pancake with Nutella and fresh berries, which was brought to our table stone cold. Although the waitress replaced it, the new pancake was still underwhelming—, not fluffy, and lacking in taste.

The menu offers a variety of other brunch choices that are super healthy and would be great for people with health restrictions for sure.

Cons What really soured our experience was the general cleanliness and atmosphere of the café. The place had a rancid smell inside and the same with the water glasses. In addition to the washroom not being clean. The floors were sticky, which was off-putting and left us wondering about the overall hygiene.

While our experience wasn’t mind-blowing, the café might appeal to others with a different palette. Give it a try, and perhaps it could be more to your liking—who knows, it might be...

Wow, what an incredible experience my family and I had at White Rabbit Cafe! From the warm welcome by Pearl at the door to her delightful banter, the atmosphere was simply enchanting. Pearl not only guided us to our table but also took care of our coats with a smile. Her playful French jokes added an extra layer of fun to the experience, making us feel right at home.

The menu was a culinary delight, and with Pearl's assistance, we made the perfect choices. I must say, the coffee was an absolute standout – the best I've ever had in Switzerland! And that's just the beginning. The eggs with salmon and avocado that followed were a taste sensation, confirming without a doubt that White Rabbit is the ultimate cafe gem in Switzerland.

What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service. When I absentmindedly left my hat behind, Pearl went above and beyond, sprinting down the street to return it to me. Such dedication and attentiveness truly make White Rabbit Cafe a must-visit – an absolutely fantastic experience that lingers...
