A crispy fish with potato fries is 'fish and chips' not 'filet of perch'. I can't eat gluten and received the dish, however they wouldn't take it back and forced me to pay for something I can't eat. Won't happen in any other country in the world. I hope this place closes, shameful

Upon response from the owner, it's even more shameful. Maybe it means something in French but when you have an English menu, than it has to mean what it means in English. Therefore not fish and chips Either way, forcing to pay for something a customer can't eat is ridiculous...

Small portions (ravioli was 27chf for 6-8 pieces, tomate mozzarella was 26chf for two pieces of cheese and a couple of tomatoes), bland pizza, excruciatingly slow service (was not even rush hour), over priced. Even the payment process was slow. So disappointing....
