Açaí Concept Swiss Store — Restaurant in Lausanne

I have been there twice a week for months with my friend who likes to customize her bowl with different ingredients. As a matter of fact, EVERY single time, at least one ingredient was missing. But we loved the concept so much we kept going... Once we came, I paid my Açai first and waited outside, my friend had the chance to create an account offering 50% off the first bowl. THANKS for letting me know of this offer ?! A few days later, I saw a brochure saying "50% off if you create your customer account". I decided to create mine as well. When I paid my Açai I noticed there was no discount... when I asked why I don't get the 50% off my Açai, the waitress replied : "Ow this offer is only for our shop in Geneva" Okay, but why do you expose those brochures then? great acai, BUT in the last week I tried to go twice: once they literally had nothing left by 6pm, how is this possible? no fruits, no toppings.. literally they couldn't make 1 acai type with all the elements needed. Ok, gave them the pass.. then passed another time in the same week at 5 pm and... it was closed, AT 5PM! once they say it's opened until 8...
