Cosy, delicious, authentic - an experience I won't forget for quite some time. The restaurant is small and it is recommended to book in advance as it gets very busy in the evenings. The service is great, the waiters are friendly and attentive. However, as in any good restaurant, the food itself was the main event. We were given gift vouchers at Christmas for this restaurant and I've no idea why it's taken us so long to visit. It's a little gem in Lausanne. A bit off the beaten track, so to speak, located near the Cathedral Amici is a lovely little Italian bistro. We had the beef to share and a few deserts accompanied by a very tasty red wine. We had a reservation for 12pm. Our table was ready. It was a busiest time and guests kept coming, I assume this is why we had to wait for the menu longer than expected. The main course was delicious, exceptionel. The portion was reasonable. The dessert was very good as well but I found them pricey for 9 chf.
