Le Vestibule — Restaurant in Lausanne

I'm a regular fan of usual bar hours but wanted to add a review for the private cocktail atelier. It's a perfect team event for a small group and great value. The cost is flat 50 CHF per person, and it includes the workshop, a cocktail that you make during the workshop, and any cocktail on the menu to end and relax with. We had six people, and started off around 15h30 learning cocktail fundamentals at the bar. Then, each of us got to choose a favorite cocktail and get guidance to make it- it was fun to see everyone's choices and pick up different tips for different flavors. When we all finished, we could pick anything we liked off the menu and relax together at a group table. This place only serves drinks. But if you want some food, the will bring it to you from the restaurant next door. We only went here for the drinks. We all get very nicely decorated cocktail exactly according to our tastes! I love the fact that the two bartenders were giving really good suggestions on the drinks and they very friendly as well. Be cautious though, the bar is tiny!! So, if ur big group of people or during busy days, u might not find any place inside. Inside looks like an old house with very nice furniture. Tried all (except one) signature cocktails. They were very good. And the price seemed reasonable for Lausanne. The service was high quality, and the guy was extremely friendly. The interior was super nicely designed and it’s located in a nice and calm street. On the things it can improve are: the variety of cocktails, the side dishes/aperos(such as toasted bread/cheese with dipping like humus), the sound of the music seemed loud for my taste and I wished there were english musics on the playlist.
