Chez Salvo Etna Pizza — Restaurant in Lausanne

I’m so impressed about the treatment the owner Salvo gave to his workers. Rude and disrespectful verbally and in his behaviour try to hide working hours of the employees for paying them less. Treating them as slaves and making a lot of stress in work place. Arranging with workers the schedules of work and when workers are there he say you can go away without paying the time that workers need to reach the job!

This is inappropriate and inadequate behaviour for a respected company!

If the owner is reading this review I just want to say this: WE ARE NOT IN SICILY HERE THAT YOU CAN TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS! We are in Switzerland and you have to accept the rules here that are not as in the south of Italy.

I report all this matter to the authorities with the proof of this ignorant behaviour of the owner Salvo!

Each of you that go to eat there finances this kind of behaviour so I aware you client to spend your money in places where there is respect for people!

To be honest it doesn’t deserv even a star, not for the pizza but for the service! I made an order and they told me we don’t know the adress ( they have brought pizza several times at our adress but they didn’t bother to bring my order tonight) i waited 40 minutes after ordering than i called them to be sure that everything was ok and they answered “No delivery”! If someone in charge sees my ratting i would let them know that their employers don’t bother to do their job, especially after 8...

When the boss is in the house - you feel it! I really enjoyed having the boss there, putting the toppings on the pizza, bringing the plate, ensuring the quality control, etc. REALLY cool. The pizzaiolo was amazing too. Great mood, small cosy space and man are the pizzas good... I lived in Italy 7 years and this one is the closest to that taste here in Switzerland.
