Giga Tacos Pontaise Lausanne — Restaurant in Lausanne

So this was my very first 1 star review (see below) and I felt like I should give them another chance now that I know what a "French Taco" is supposed to be.

I ordered again, asked for delivery on their website which still does not work, wrote everywhere my flat number, floor number, details about how to get to my place (which is very easy to find), door code, all the stuff. Again the delivery guy was just handed a tiny little note of paper with none of the information that I entered on the website. About 1h20 after the order he called me because he couldn't find the place and I guided him to my flat. He wasn't grungy like last time but he asked for money. And I had already paid by credit card on their website. He called their central location to confirm that I had paid, even though I printed the bill and showed it to him.

Giga Tacos are a bunch of incapable muppets stuffing soggy pitta bread with disgusting grease and leftover cat-food. Slow, COLD and pure incompetence. This is what you get. I did it twice just to make this review fair. Please never ever get to any of their locations, they are rude and incapable of understanding what food is supposed to be.

First review: "Ordered through their own website filling all the fields (floor nb, door code, no elevator, etc). Delivery driver calls me telling me he can't find my place and was irritated he had to climb stairs and told me I didn't fill the form correctly on their barely functioning website.

For the food, maybe I should have checked on wikipedia what a French Taco was beforehand because it is just nonsense and gross. Even after having read the definition and understood what it was supposed to be, what they brought me was just a greasy inedible, cold and lumpy, leaky sack...

Deuxième commentaire car c'est plus possible. On commande avec mon copain sur JustEat et on précise dans les remarques, de bien vérifier que les tacos soient juste car TOUTES les fois où on commande chez eux, y a des erreurs. Alors ce soir on fait justement la remarque sur la commande internet, les tacos arrivent, les papiers sur les tacos sont justes... mais pas le tacos à l'intérieur! J'avais demandé OIGNON, ils marquent que y a de l'oignon mais dedans y a de la SALADE et non de l'oignon !!! Je fais quoi moi si je suis allergique à la salade et que je leur fait confiance car ils marquent juste sur le tacos? Je dois ouvrir le tacos en moitié pour vérifier? Je dois manger le tacos et ensuite risquer d'avoir une crise allergique et mourir ? Ils perdent deux clients à vie. Et j'espère que des personnes porteront plaintes contre eux le jour où ils auront fait n'importe comment le tacos (comme d'habitude) et que qqun fera une crise allergique.!

Deux mots pour décrire Giga Tacos: Non professionnalisme et fainéantise. Constamment il manque des ingrédients ou des ingrédients sont erronés! Des tacos au ingrédients coupés tellement grossièrement que c'en est désagréable et sans mentionner les livreurs qui ne veulent pas monter nous amener notre commande, on doit descendre dehors les chercher alors que normalement les livreurs ont une autorisation pour se parquer en bas de l'immeuble pour monter livrer la nourriture. C'est les seuls...

We ordered home delivery, gave all the info (other delivery ppl find us easily).Delivery guy couldn’t find us, didn’t listen to our directions given again over the phone and forced us to go out and stand on the street to wait for him. We waited for 10 min and he didn’t even come! We call the Resto just to learn that the delivery dude lied to the Resto that he came and tried to call us but we didn’t pick the phone.
