Firstly, the interior and design was quite pleasant. However, we soon realised that the cleanliness was simply not up to par. Our plates and serviettes were dirty and the still water that we ordered was seemingly just tap water filled up in a Valser bottle. I had an outstanding experience at this Italian restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – the service was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. Every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and professionalism.
