WOW! What more is there to say, we got here a little to early (the kitchen opens at 7PM) so we decided to enjoy the view with a beer before dinner. Quickly after we got our beers the waiter brought us a small chees&meat plate (which was amazing)! Afterwards we went inside for dinner. A place with only locally sourced ingredients, from the meat to the very good and clear grappa. Multilingual menu. The dishes were lovingly arranged and sounded amazing and were very creative, truly. However the pheasant and the deer meat were both a bit overcooked -while the delicious homemade Ravioli and the tasty linguini could have done with 2 more minutes.
