I only write reviews when is terribly bad or exceptionally good. Luckily in this case is one of those times when I’ve to stop a moment and contemplate about what I’ve just witnessed. I’ve rarely saw a place better managed than this one. The atmosphere and the experience created by the staff was simply unreal. The work and passion that Giuliano, Anna, Nicholas, Davide and the rest of the team put on their day to day routine is outstanding. I’m talking with knowledge of the fact as I’m also coming from the hospitality business and I can assure you that a service and attention to the client excellent as this one , nowadays, is more unique than rare to find. Again, I’m so happy to have stop by the Caviar House and I’m so grateful toward the team for having made my day with their professionalism, attitude, expertise, humor and warmness. Moreover the crab salad was made of course with real crab and was very crab rich... They start the meal with a spoonful of smoked salmon, toast triangles and butter.. Simple yet mouth watering then the food comes. Of course I did not use the lemons as I consider this to be an insult as big as adding wasabe to the sky sauce in Sushi restaurants..😂.
