Caviar House & Prunier — Restaurant in Meyrin

I only write reviews when is terribly bad or exceptionally good. Luckily in this case is one of those times when I’ve to stop a moment and contemplate about what I’ve just witnessed. I’ve rarely saw a place better managed than this one. The atmosphere and the experience created by the staff was simply unreal. The work and passion that Giuliano, Anna, Nicholas, Davide and the rest of the team put on their day to day routine is outstanding. I’m talking with knowledge of the fact as I’m also coming from the hospitality business and I can assure you that a service and attention to the client excellent as this one , nowadays, is more unique than rare to find. Again, I’m so happy to have stop by the Caviar House and I’m so grateful toward the team for having made my day with their professionalism, attitude, expertise, humor and warmness. What do you expect from the Caviar House and in Geneva airport... I had the salmon Duo, smoked and gravalax and a crab salad. The smoked was excellent but the geavalax was outstanding... Moreover the crab salad was made of course with real crab and was very crab rich... They start the meal with a spoonful of smoked salmon, toast triangles and butter.. Simple yet mouth watering then the food comes. Of course I did not use the lemons as I consider this to be an insult as big as adding wasabe to the sky sauce in Sushi restaurants..😂. What a lovely experience... The price is as expected in Switzerland..but truly worth every...

I am a regular client of this place. Ambiance is good and food quality is consistent. Lately they stopped offering wet hand tissues (which you’ll get if you ask for) and chocolates to accompany your expresso. Little frills no more that reflects cost cutting to the detriment of the client experience. Also, their offer of grand cru out of small glass flasks instead of the regular bottle isn’t convincing…Overall they...
