Bach et Buck — Restaurant in Neuchâtel

Arrived at 19:30h, Ordered at 19:35h and waiting still for the crepes at 20:40h... more than 1h to get the crepes. When we did comment to the waiter about it she simply said "We are very busy, it is not my problem"... Also we could not order wine because they had lost the cork screw (never seen in my life). When leaving we asked for the responsible but we were told "The responsible is not here". No discount, no apologies... When we left we saw another person complaining that after 35min they did not even get the water and drinks they ordered. We have come many times before, but since this is the second time this happens in recent times, unfortunately we will have to bid farewell to Bach et Buck in Neuchatel and go for other options. As other recent comments say, it is not Bach et Buck but...

Me and a friend met up here for what I thought was going to be breakfast. Unfortunately they weren't serving any food until 11.30. To be fair I should have checked but i just assumed that if an eating establishment is open, food would be available even if its not the full menu. We were the only ones there so I'm also not surprised to be honest. My friend had her 4yo daughter with her and they couldn't whip up any quick bit for her either. Therefore I can't rate the crepes but they have a large selection of delicious teas. The chairs are hard wood so if you have back troubles, it may be a bit uncomfortable if your there...

Sincèrement très déçue. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées à la crêperie, nous avons été informées que nous avions seulement 45 minutes pour manger mais qu’après nous devrions partir par manque de places. Évidemment, nous avons attendu 25 minutes avant de passer notre commande auprès d’un serveur très sympathique. Malheureusement, le serveur aux cheveux grisonnants, qui paraissait être le gérant était détestable, il a bien de la chance que ses employés sont là pour corriger son insolence. A 21h30 le serveur nous informe que la cuisine fermait et que c’était le dernier moment pour passer une autre commande, ce que nous avons fait. Quelques minutes plus tard, le gérant est venu à nouveau avec son insolence nous dire qu’il devait encaisser, je lui ai expliqué que je n’avais pas encore reçu ma dernière crêpe, mais je n’ai pas eu le choix de payer avant de recevoir ma commande. A 22h01, je l’ai constaté descendre les escaliers en criant avec méchanceté « il va falloir partir, nous fermons la terrasse ». La terrasse était encore pleine et j’ai pu apercevoir le choc des clients en entendant cette phrase. D’autant plus, qu’il est noté sur le site que le restaurant ferme à 22h30 ! Ce n’est sans dire, que le gérant encaissait les derniers clients en planant complètement !!!! Effectivement, il travaillait en fumant son joint et a envahi toute sa terrasse ainsi que l’intérieur de cette odeur. Bien que les crêpes sont délicieuses, l’accueil laisse...
