A small hall with several tables, a cozy homely atmosphere, a professional waiter Marco, who will definitely tell you what is better to choose, and will joke and at the same time will not go over to familiarity, create an atmosphere when you already want to return before you leave. About food - I must say that I chose vitello - tonnato and risotto with mushrooms and burrata and it was delicious! The sauce at the vitello tonnato was thick, the way the best Italian families make it. The saffron and morel risotto with burrata was very unusual. The best tapas I’ve ever tasted! We arrived late in the evening so too late for the restaurant but so lucky that we could still have some tapas in the bar. J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de dîner au restaurant Le Saint Jean, situe dans la charmante ville de Nyon.

Le Saint Jean offre une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante, parfaite pour une expérience culinaire détendue. L'intérieur est élégamment décoré avec un mélange d'éléments modernes et traditionnels, créant une atmosphère à la fois cosy et sophistiquée.

Le service au Saint Jean était exceptionnel. Le personnel était attentif, compétent et véritablement sympathique.
