I cannot believe how terrible the beef was at the Beef Bar. The steak was an absolute disaster: overpriced, chewy, cold, and frankly one of the worst I’ve ever had. How does a steakhouse mess up the one thing they’re supposed to do well? Even Outback Steakhouse serves a better steak than this place, which is truly embarrassing.
To make matters worse, the steak was dry—how is that even possible in a country known for its butter? And they served it on a cold plate, so by the time you take your second bite, it’s already cold. Compare this to a place like Peter Luger, where the steak is served sizzling hot, tender, juicy and perfectly cooked every time. At the Beef Bar, I paid 265 francs for a small ribeye that was borderline inedible. That price for this level of quality is outrageous and insulting.

Everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

Speziell erwähnen möchten wir die sehr fantasievollen Vorspeisen. Einziger Punkt und bitte auf sehr hohem Niveau einen Fehler gesucht.
