Dunkin' Donuts — Restaurant in Spreitenbach

Dunkin NOT Donuts! Very messy! We went at 10am last Saturday, since it recently opened it was packed. There were only 3 girls working, management was evidently missing. The orders were not given at the same time, the coffee was taking ages because they have an italian espresso machine, 1 girl was giving only donuts (while the place was packed!), the coffee was undrinkable and cold. The donuts were very mediocre on size and filling (boston cream donut without any cream), the girls did not know what was a whole grain bagel and gave me whatever they found. The floor was dirty, dirty cups and dishes everywhere. Management is needed desperately!!! Additionally, they dont have the traditionally DD chai tea... Or any tea!!! The restaurant as whole needs to be reassed, its a complete mess. 1 star for the DD déco!

PS: i had pics of the donuts missing filling and the messy floor! Too bad...

Take a functional Franchise system and make the worst out of it, then you ll have the Swiss Edition of DD, the Quality is still a Joke, the selling price of a Donut is hillaryous... over 3 Bucks for one !!! No wonder the Store is most of the Time empty as a Dessert ! I know how Dunkin Donuts must taste, but what they offer here on that location is nowhere near the Original taste from the US. Let me say someting about the Quality, the Donut Dough has something like a slightly Salty after taste wich is a little bit confusing, and also the filling ( i had a Box with 6 Variety's ) was not so tasty at all, i guess since there are relativ New in Swiss they must got some serious Quality issues with thier Bakery wich make the Donuts for them, hopefully they can fix them...

Would i visit them again ? No, not with that level of Quality. If you look for some tasty Donuts go to Mosers Backparadies in Brugg or Zurich, they cost less and taste better : )

Update December 2017...nothing changed, the Original Quality is still not there, and thier prices are just anoiying, caused by their greedy Franchise holder.

Dunkin Donuts kenne ich von meinen USA Reisen, sicherlich keine Top Marke, aber in den Staaten einer der grössten anbieter von Donuts, Winchels finde ich Persönlich was den Geschmack betrifft besser. In der Schweiz ist DD erst set kurzem, die Filiale in Spreitenbach wurde ende 2016 Eröffnet, was den Preis betrifft muss ich sagen das Sie etwas übers Ziel hinaus geschossen sind, den knapp 16,- CHF für eine 6 er Box ist schlichtweg zu Teuer, auch ist die Qualität etwas schlechter wie das Original aus den USA, was wohl an der Vertrags Bäckerei liegt die diese in der Schweiz produziert. Wer schon einmal bei Moser's Backparadies Donuts gekauft hat und diese Direkt mit denen von DD vergleicht weiss genau wo von ich hier Spreche, die von Mosers sind um längen besser ! Empfehlen kann ich DD nicht ( zumindest was die Schweiz betrifft ! ) selbst die Donuts von Mc Donalds...

As an American living in Switzerland looking for little pieces of home, I love this place. I REALLY miss flavored coffees and you can buy vanilla and hazelnut here without going bankrupt.
