The pizza was good (that is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1) but the service is dramatically bad. We called to order 2 pizzas and when we arrived there at the time they said to pick them up, there was no other people waiting for pizzas but they even did not start to prepare ours. We asked them to removed one ingredient from one of the pizzas and they prepared the pizza with this ingredient. Then, when we gave them the card to pay they said only cash although on the door they have stickers saying that it is possible to pay with visa, mastercard, apple pay, etc. I won't...

Bonsoir, Nous sommes allées deux fois dans la journée à la pizzeria le sapin. La première fois pour boire une consommation vers 16h00. Après plus de 15 minutes d'attente et ne voyant toujours pas de personnel, nous sommes aller directement passer notre commande au comptoir. Entre temps, beaucoup de clients ont perdus patience et sont repartis sans commander. Nous y sommes retournés le soir pour souper. Mon compagnon à pris des spaghettis carbonaras qui étaient fades. J'ai pris le risotto paysan...... Premièrement il est cuisiné avec du riz blanc trop cuit et non avec du riz à risotto. Il avait l'aspect d'une soupe au riz sans saveur et goût. Quand le sommelier est venu débarrasser, j'ai oser lui faire la remarque très gentiment (je suis cuisinière et je voulais juste le rendre attentif). J'ai juste eu un regard glacial, pas un mot d'excuse et que c'était bien du riz à risotto. Très courageusement, il a envoyé sa collègue pour encaisser. Même pas un café offert pour s'excuser ou comme geste commercial! Nous avons quand même laissé CHF 120.00 à deux personnes. C'est dommage car c'est de cette manière que l'on perd...
