I recently bought a pizza from your pizzeria, but unfortunately, it was burned. I even gave some to my little child before I noticed. When I returned to your store, you apologized and offered to make a new one. However, this experience has made me question whether I can trust your quality and attention to detail.

If customer care was a priority, a properly made pizza should have been served in the first place, not one that customers have to return. When I dine out, it’s because I’m celebrating a special occasion or simply want to enjoy a meal without worries. This experience has been disappointing because it feels like quality control was not a concern. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better service...

I ve wait one hour and 20 minute for the order, they told me will come in 40 minute, then after 50 minute they call me and say they will come 20 minute later. Wir wollten zwei Wunschpizzas über eat.ch bestellen. Da aber Mascarpone nicht anwälbar war haben wir angerufen um zu fragen ob es doch vorhanden ist. Da Sie Mascarpone doch hatten haben wird direkt telefonisch die Pizzas mit verschiedenen (5) Zutaten bestellt und uns wurde 29.50 verrechnet. Über eat.ch zahlt man die Wunschpizza mit 4 Zutaten und 1 Getränk 23.-. Daher habe ich angerufen und gefragt ob sich dabei un ein Fehler handelt - dies war leider nicht der Fall! Da wir nicht ausdrücklich gesagt haben das wir eine Wunschpizza wollen wurden die Zutaten mehr verrechnet. Mitarbeiter oder Eigentümer Gianni hat dazu nur gesagt das das so ist und wir bei nächsten Mal dies explizit erwähnen sollen. Punkt 1. auch wenn wir eine Wunschpizza nicht bestellt haben - ist die Preisdiskrepanz extrem hoch Punkt 2. Bei der Bestellaufnahme konnte uns derjenige Mitarbeiter wenigstens darüber informieren. Punkt 3. Kundezufriedenheit scheint hier nicht wichtig zu sein. Ich wurde kalt abgewiesen und der Vorschlag war nur „Bei nächster Bestellung wissen Sie es“. Punkt 4. Pizza war 4/10
