Punto e Pasta — Restaurant in Winterthur

We accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant because we were craving pasta, and this was the first one that popped up. The service was impressively fast right from the start, and the kids were taken care of immediately, which allowed my husband and me to raise a toast with an excellent glass of white wine. The food was tasty and fresh! For the first time, we experienced such a magical experience after a meal – and I mean literally – Mr. Robert left us absolutely speechless! He showed us magic tricks that made the whole evening incredibly fun and truly unforgettable. Thank you once again! And the blueberry...

The food was excellent. I ordered Punto Burger minus the buns and as a fitness plate. It had salad, veggies, quinoa and melons. The meat was fresh and exactly right. The chicken dish was good too, but couldn't top my order.

The restaurant isn't fancy or big. It's homely, the tables rather small, like most Swiss restaurants unfortunately. The staff was friendly and the order was served in under 20 minutes. The bathroom was more or less clean, but not accessible for people with restricted mobility, as it's downstairs...

The food is good. The reservation service is great. But one waiter who served us was terrible. I have never had such bad service for a longtime. My German is not really good and the waiter can notice it. But he still spoke German very fast and had no patience to wait for our order. Maybe he had bad day or too much work due to the shortage of staff members. Anyway, because of him I would rather choose other...
