New ownership as of July 2020. Been here numerous times for cocktails and dessert, dinner, or evening drinks and appetizers. Great food, fabulous location and wonderful friendly service. Impressive Craft Beer list. Super place for a relaxing evening with friends. A huge thank you for now serving breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. Love the breakfast sandwich. Great idea having a basket of games. Dog friendly restaurant. Multiple languages spoken- English, French, German and Swiss German. Looking forward to...

Althus is my favourite bar and restaurant in Zug. Delicious food and an amazing selection of craft beers plus other drinks for the non beer drinkers. The service is always so friendly and the staff speak English and German which makes ordering a breeze. The ribs are my favourite and the sweet potato fries are hands down the best in Switzerland....

As a very local and non-smoker 😉😉 (almost neighbor!) guest, it took me all of this time to go there for the first time, under the new management and surprise, surprise
 it’s amazing atmosphere. Great service and good wines
 accompanied by a yummies amuse bouche
 definitely worth making it a “must” stop during our walks and...
