Café Pizzeria Platzmühle — Restaurant in Zug

I’m 50 and it’s my first ever review of a restaurant. After realizing that some people that arrived after us got their meals and ours still was not coming after 45 minutes, my wife asked me to find out if her salad was still not done she would prefer to cancel. I saw our waitress inside the restaurant putting pizzas into the oven, so I went in to find out about our order. When I approached her and asked for her attention a really rude bold man me asked “what do you want”, when I made my request he said in a very arrogant voice “ you already ordered “. Then he went into the bar and point to a couple of salads that where already ready and ordered another waitress to bring them to us and suddenly regretted and took my wife’s salad out of her hands. And he said “I’m sorry but that’s how it goes” when I replied “ You don’t seem sorry”, he just said “ No I’m not”. Really ugly experience, a men so aggressive, should not be allowed to work in the service industry or be sent to Mexico to learn 5 start customer service. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Pizza was never served because the waitress said I was too “late”. The only reason I was “late” was because of her tardy service. She wasted 20min to take us to our table, bring the menu, and then to place an order. By the time I finally got the opportunity to place the order she said its too late; 3 mins over!!! So really, I don’t visit restaurants/cafés just for the food. I visit for the experience. However this was not where it ended, I took a photo of the restaurant (without any persons in the photo!!!!) and the waitress then started screaming and shouting at me “she will call the police”; for what? - what is wrong with her!!! And physically blocked the doorway and at one point shoved me aside so that we could not get out of the place. Her colleagues jumped in to get her to just get back to “normal” and make sure we do not get hurt. WORST of all, my toddler was with me. This place/person should actually be reported, because its not just me reviewing about the horrible rude and aggressive behaviour from the waitress. Seriously WORST place ever!!!!! DO NOT...

honestly, appalled by our experience here and it was an absolutely waste of time.

how does a pizza restaurant run out of pizza and fail to inform guests upon arrival? the staff hurriedly took our drink orders and it felt that they just wanted to make sure we would stay to order smth else.

after having to relook for smth else, we waited over 45 minutes for our order to arrive and each time when asked for an update, the staff would just wave it off that it’s coming in 5 minutes. despite the large number of staff available in the restaurant, no one seemed to be interested in helping us. when the food finally arrived, we were met with a lack of sincere apology and rather, an excuse that the kitchen thought they were done for the day and weren’t aware that there were more guest. what kind of a reason is that?
