Unzufriedenstellender Service – Reinigung des Grills weit vor Ladenschluss

Ich war heute gegen 21:50 Uhr bei Ege Pizzeria und wollte einen Cheeseburger mit Salat bestellen. Obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bis 23:00 Uhr angegeben sind, wurde mir gesagt, dass der Grill bereits gereinigt sei und daher keine warme Speisen mehr zubereitet werden könnten. Das ist für mich absolut unverständlich – wenn man bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet hat, sollte man auch bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt die bestellten Speisen anbieten können.

Leider habe ich keinen Service mehr erhalten und bin stattdessen zum Kebab House BAR gegangen, wo ich ohne Probleme und mit vollem Service bedient wurde. Diese Erfahrung bei Ege Pizzeria war enttäuschend, und ich werde dort so schnell nicht mehr hingehen. Sehr schlechter...

Nice and clean premises, friendly staff. I had pizza twice and both time it was delicious, I would say best pizza I’ve had in Zug so far after 4 months and tried 2 other places. I have not tried anything else yet. Next pizza will also...

Very delicious! They have the best bread, too! I ate the whole döner! Haha. Can’t wait to go back and eat another one. Their Bindi Italian desert is also very tasty! Fast service, clean...
