Burgers are good, restaurant is basic.....BUT yesterday at 8pm when I ordered a burger and dessert of salted caramel brownie to go.. well, I got a 5 cm very dry and packaged wrapped brownie.. the staff charged 5.90 chf from their "new" menu..??? . When online the burger menu says 3.90. They also overcharged me 1chf for my burger.. I asked for the bill and they didn't give it to me..said it as too late , they cant print it and I already paid.. then ..They refused to give me my money back or return to get a refund.. they apparently..don't give refunds. This was a packaged brownie!!!... what a scam....shame on you. Its not about the money ..its how they just didnt care... hire and train your staff to be more customer focused or allow them to have permission to solve problems from...

Good service at lunchtime, was excited to show this place to my friends for dinner, but unfortunately not a great experience... we waited to be seated which is okay but then, after being seated we had to wait for 15min only for an unfriendly waitress to arrive wich tried her best to missunderstand my order, fortunately after some corrections she finally made off with our order.

We tried to pay, but she was more preoccupied flirting with some female customer instead of accepting our payment, currently still waiting... very unhappy, for the love of god give this woman some...

Update: this your reply doesnt fix anything. How about gift or buger or snack or something? I didn't get my burger when I ordered it and now you're just saying sorry. Learn some customer loyalty and how to fix problems.

Whats this? Where is cheese and bacon? I ordered yesterday via uber a cheese one with bacon and got this thin meat burger which looks like a smash or smth. Totally dissapointed! Also at your bar you give ketchup and mayo for free. Why its so hard to drop few of them when u deliver food?? Why...
