Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Indian food, a restaurant that promises an authentic Indian dining experience. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to the bustling streets of India. The aroma of fragrant spices filled the air, and the vibrant and colorful decor.

The menu at Rashim's Kitchen is a celebration of Indian cuisine, featuring a wide variety of dishes from different regions of the country. I opted for the lamb Rogan Josh, a classic Kashmiri dish made with tender lamb slow-cooked in a rich gravy of tomatoes, yogurt, and aromatic spices. The lamb was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the gravy was bursting with flavor. Each bite was an explosion of complex spices, transporting me to the heart of Kashmir.

To complement the Rogan Josh, I ordered a side of butter naan, the perfect vessel for scooping up all the delicious gravy. The naan was soft and fluffy on the inside, with a slight crisp on the outside, and it was perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness.

For dessert, I couldn't resist trying the Gulab Jamun, a popular Indian sweet dish made of fried dough balls soaked in a rose-flavored syrup. I have been visiting Europe/ UK regularly. I always look for authentic Indian food. To be honest I have found Indian food but that was never an authentic Indian food.. this time , I accidentally found Rashim’s kitchen and …. Wow …

… an amazing place …. Scrumptious food ……and on top of all this , a super friendly , hospitable ,warm proud owner Rashim, who takes care of every guest.

Well, we had lunch there for 3 days and the quality and taste of food was so so good and more importantly consistent… especially, the home made Rotis, lovely daal, chana masala, chicken biryani, Palak paneer, shahi paneer, Bharwa bengan, every dish…..

We also had a lovely Indian tea 😀.

Rashim was so kind and flexible to get you whatever you need in food… never has this kind of experience in Europe

-looking for Food… ….go anywhere -looking for Indian food.. …go to any so called Indian restaurant

But if you are looking for authentic Indian delicious veg ( and Indian non veg ) and personal attention … go for Rashim’s Kitchen
